Checkout & payments (Shopify)

We plan to use Shopify checkout to process orders. Shopify will handle payment and order processing data required to complete your purchase. We do not store your card details on our website.

Email marketing

If you join the Cloud 9 Club, we may send you offers, updates and cat wellbeing content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may use a platform such as Mailchimp to manage email sending.

How long we keep your data

We keep customer and order information for as long as needed for customer service, legal and accounting reasons. Marketing email records are kept until you unsubscribe (and may be retained for suppression so we don’t email you again).

Your rights

You have rights under UK GDPR, including: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Accounts

We intend to offer customer accounts in future. If accounts are enabled, you’ll be able to view order history and manage details more easily. Until then, you can still shop using checkout without an account.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep systems and access appropriate for a small business.

Children

Our products are for cats. This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Cloud 9 Feline Ltd through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Ordering

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may need to cancel and refund an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error). If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Prices

Prices are shown in GBP (£). Cloud 9 Feline Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on orders.

Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only at launch. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Returns

Our returns policy is explained on our Shipping, Returns & Refunds page. In summary: non-supplement items may be returned within 14 days if unused; supplements are non-returnable.

Handmade variation

Some Cloud9 handmade items may vary slightly in appearance or finish. These natural differences are part of what makes handmade products special.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, images, branding and designs) belongs to Cloud 9 Feline Ltd or its licensors and must not be used without permission.

Supplement use & safety

Cloud9 supplements are designed for cats only and are intended as everyday support. They are not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always follow the serving guidance on the product page and/or label.
If your cat has a known health condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is taking medication, please check with your vet before use.
Stop use and seek veterinary advice if your cat has any adverse reaction.
Store products according to the label guidance and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Liability

We aim to provide accurate information, but we can’t guarantee the website will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Cloud 9 Feline Ltd will not be liable for losses that are indirect or not reasonably foreseeable.
