We aim to make donations regularly (e.g., monthly/quarterly). As Cloud9 grows, the donation pot grows too.
Where your donation goes
Your Cloud9 order helps support real, practical care for cats in need. Because we rotate charities, your contribution can reach different areas and priorities — but it often goes towards things like:
Rescue & recovery
Food & vital supplies
Rehoming support
Rescue care
Support for urgent veterinary checks, recovery time, and safe temporary care while a cat gets back on their paws.
Food & essentials
Everyday basics — food, litter, enrichment, and comfort items that keep rescue cats settled and stress levels lower.
Rehoming support
Helping cats transition from rescue to home — including fostering support, adoption readiness, and welfare checks.
Double Donation Weekends
A few times a year we run Double Donation Weekends — meaning we donate 50p per order. We’ll announce dates on the site and via the Cloud9 Club email list.

It’s 25p per order (not per item). During Double Donation Weekends it becomes 50p per order.
Do I pay for the donation?
No, you don't pay any extra for your ordered items - the donation is on us.
Which charities do you support?
We rotate between UK registered cat charities. We’ll share updates over time (for example on the site or via email).
Are you affiliated with any charity?
No — Cloud 9 Feline Ltd is independent. Donations are made to support cat welfare, but we’re not formally partnered or affiliated.
Can you donate to a specific charity I suggest?
